Product Description
This product features a face material made from 45µm gloss white polyester film, offering excellent printability, high resistance to scratches, chemicals, and UV exposure. The adhesive is formulated with a solvent base, delivering powerful and consistent adhesion even under demanding conditions. It achieves an initial adhesion strength of 7N/25mm and peel adhesion of 7.5N/25mm on steel at 180°, ensuring secure attachment across various surfaces, including plastics, metals, and glass.

Product Application
The product has excellent tear resistance, dimensional stability and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for making various durable labels, anti-spill.
Converting
The surface is treated with a special oily coating and is alcohol-resistant, which can meet various printing methods without special ink treatment. It is recommended to die-cut with a high-hardness tool, and at the same time avoid label overflow due to excessive winding tension. Provides excellent stiffness, good printability and die-cutting properties, excellent chemical and UV resistance.
